SPINAL DECOMPRESSION RELIEVES PRESSURE BETWEEN SPINAL VERTEBRAE,
DISCS, AND NERVES.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a non-surgical procedure intended to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or on one or more compressed nerve roots passing through or exiting the spinal column. Spinal decompression has been proven effective in relieving pain associated with bulging and herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and even relapse or failed back surgery.

MN Spine and Sport’s decompression table can treat the lumbar and cervical spine. The treatment takes about 20 minutes. You are strapped to the table so that as it moves it applies a distraction force to the targeted area of the spine (the compressed disc). A computer controls the distraction force which is applied in between periods of relaxation. This gently pulls the spine apart elongating it and creating a small vacuum between the vertebrae which pulls the disc back into shape.
